I am certainly no foreign policy expert, but . . .

is it wise to announce to the world that we (the one relatively sane superpower on earth) will support doing away with all nuclear weapons . . .

while a nuclear-armed nutcase (North Korea) is firing a nuclear test missile right over our allies(Japan) and one day hopes to hit US soil with it?

I like the idea of peace through strength. Not appeasement.
